(It's where elders are, or stand, that young people eventually grow up to meet with them.)
Without any shadow of a doubt, the youths of today are the elders and leaders of tomorrow. However, their quality of eldership and leadership will be determined by their mentorship, and where they stand in their growing-up years. It's a fact of life that one grows to the level of what one stands near. Time with elders truly turns youths into equals. The right place makes the right person.
